Cancellation Policy
Reschedule your appointment up until 24hrs prior to your appointment.
After the 24hr mark, it is now considered a Late Cancellation and a late cancellation fee will apply. The late cancellation fee is 50% of your service total.
If a client is a No Call/No Show, meaning there is no communication past the 10 minute late mark to cancel the appointment, client will be charged 100% service total for missed appointment. No exceptions.
If a Client removes a service(s) from the service ticket once the appointment time has started, the Client is responsible for full payment of service total. Removing a service once the appointment has started is considered a cancellation of services and cannot be accommodated once the service has started.
